We’ve done the legwork for you, by enhancing the quality and thoroughness of your background checks by providing access to additional local and state sources, and making sure you have the most up-to-date information possible inside your existing screening report.

The expansion supplements the national database with criminal records directly from state courthouses without adding any further steps to your current leasing flow. You can also pick which states you’d like to enable and disable at any time.
