With a more flexible and intuitive AppFolio reporting experience, you can spend more time analyzing data and less time setting up reports. A completely new design makes it easy for anyone to sort, filter, and group data to get insights faster. With this new experience, AppFolio Property Manager Plus and Max customers also have access to pivot tables and charts, enabling deeper data analysis within AppFolio. We have already started rolling out the new reporting interface to our customers, so be sure to share your feedback when you have a chance to try it out!
Thanks to feedback from our customers, enhancements to corporate accounting provide improved automation between bills linked with corporate charges. Now, when one is edited, the other is automatically updated. A new “Create Corporate Charges” button now appears on existing bills, making it more convenient to link corporate charges. We’ve also added a “Create Corporate Charges” button to Smart Bill Entry, so once the system processes your invoice for you, you can create a corporate charge directly.
