Last month we held our 2nd annual Customer Conference at the Fess Parker Resort in our home base of Santa Barbara, CA. Our goal was to build off the success and energy of last year’s conference, and make this one even better! We were thrilled with the turn out, and our customers enjoyed a value-packed 3 days of informative sessions, delicious food, and fun entertainment.
We recently documented the story of Dawson Property Management, a thriving business out of Charlotte, NC who began running in to some challenges as their portfolio grew. The company manages just under 100 properties in the state, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos and several multi-family properties. With this wide-ranging and diverse portfolio, owner Derek Dawson knew it was time to seek a better solution that could meet all his business needs

One young man took these images to heart, and made the decision early on that he would be one of those “beach executives”. At 21 years old, he set his goal to be retired by 27. His name was Brenton Hayden, CEO of Renters Warehouse.
