With our co-hosts Grace Hill and Trulia, we hosted a fantastic webinar on what the modern renter truly wants and expects from their real estate experience.  Our presenter (Pierre Calazilla, Manager of Trulia Rentals) shared data from a recent survey – we all learned something new!

    holy cow, 51% of prospective tenants earn over $75K….and they are renting…scary!!!! What income will they need to be “buyers” $120K…

    The job market is so different now. People want to be able to live in a nice house in a great neighborhood. most have families and will prefer a house with a backyard They want to be able to be free to move if a good job offer calls.
