Fully integrated with AppFolio Smart Maintenance, you can choose which type of work orders, if not all, to outsource to a Lula pro and automate dispatch. Bill Approval Flows
Take control of your bill approval process with new custom workflows that you can design to run automatically based on conditions established by you. Customize the approval process for routing bills based on criteria such as recurring bills, vendors, vendor types, GL accounts, purchase orders, work orders, and amounts. You also have the option to set up auto-approval for bills that meet the conditions you specify, removing bottlenecks from your workflow and saving your team time by reducing manual reviews.
Bulk Bill Uploads
Bill upload enhancements are now available, allowing you to include resident, owner, and vendor payables in a single file. You can also specify the exact cash account for each bill type, giving you greater flexibility and control over your accounting workflows.
In addition, customers on AppFolio Property Manager Plus and Max plans can now choose between ID or name as a means for identifying the payee, property, and unit.

Realm-X Flows Activity Logs
In an effort to increase the transparency of our Realm-X solutions, we have released Activity Logs for Realm-X Flows templates. Now, you can track changes made to templates — such as workflow configuration adjustments, property group changes, and recurrence rule modifications — to see what was changed, when, and by whom. Activity logs are visible to all users with access to view and edit the Realm-X Flows template.
