Brooks’ passion for property management started long before he founded 2B Living Property Management in 2010. For him, it began as a resident when he lived in New York City.
“My motivation to start 2B Living came from my experience as a resident in New York City. I had a terrible experience and thought there had to be a better way for property management to exist. That became the roots of 2B Living — to create a property management company that actually cared about its residents while providing a good experience.”
With this vision in mind, he moved back to his hometown in the Bay Area in California, founded 2B Living, and became “committed to finding a better and more efficient way to run a property management business.”
In the early days, 2B Living’s focus was on small mom-and-pop owners. Now, they actively manage a booming portfolio of 5,000+ units that span across many different types of properties, focusing on clients who own real estate and want to hire 2B Living to manage their properties.
